Play next season
Free monthly seasons, played on your own board at home, against players on your level across New Zealand and Australia. Three steps: get the Dartsmind app, message us on Facebook, then send us your details. We need all three before we can put you in a division.
Every Chur Darts match is played on the Dartsmind app. You throw on your own board, your phone's camera scores it, and your opponent watches live.
- Scores itself. No extra gear. Prop your phone up and throw.
- Play anyone, anytime. 501, cricket, tactics and JDC.
- Tracks every stat. Average, first 9, checkouts, 180s.
This is how we get hold of you. Facebook won't let us message people we're not connected to — so if you don't message us first, we can't reach you and we can't put you in a division. Send us anything, even just a "keen". It takes one tap.
Takes a minute. Your Dartsmind average is what puts you in the right division, so give us your real one.
How online darts works
Real board, real darts, real opponents — the internet just does the travelling. Chur Darts runs league darts you play from your own home, over the Dartsmind app. Here's the whole picture.
What you need
- A steel-tip dartboard set up at home — garage, shed, hallway, anywhere.
- Your own darts.
- A phone with the Dartsmind app — Pro for autoscoring, plus coins for the video link to your opponent.
That's it. No venue, no travel, no waiting for a board at the pub.
How a match happens
- Each month you're placed in a division with players around your average.
- You and your opponent arrange a night that suits you both — there is no set league night, so whatever works for the pair of you.
- You both join the same Dartsmind lobby and throw on your own boards. The app keeps score and tracks stats live.
- The result flows into the league: standings, averages, checkouts, 180s and head-to-heads all update on churdarts.com.
Fair games, every level
Divisions are matched by average, so you're never getting hammered by someone forty points better — and never cruising either. Beginners and 80-average arrows both get close games.
What the league plays
Monthly 501 league seasons across divisions are the backbone. On top of that: Tactics seasons, the JDC Challenge, doubles knockout cups, and Chur Live — in-person event days where the online league meets in one room.
What it costs
Chur Darts itself is free — no league entry fees, no league subscriptions. Online matches run through the Dartsmind app, which needs two things: a Pro subscription for autoscoring, and coins for the video connection to your opponent — one coin a leg, split between you. Both are paid to Dartsmind, not the league. Chur Darts even gives away Dartsmind coins to its category winners every month.
The online darts league for New Zealand
Chur Darts is a free online darts league played from home boards across New Zealand — and across the ditch. Founded in the Manawatū in March 2026, it now has players from Auckland to Christchurch chucking in monthly seasons every night of the week.
League darts without the travel
Traditional league night means a venue, a set evening, and living close enough to make it. Chur Darts flips that: you throw on your own board over the Dartsmind app, and matches happen whenever suits both players. Shift workers, parents, small-town players hours from the nearest club — everyone gets a real season.
A real league, not a ladder
Monthly seasons with divisions matched to your average. Live standings, player profiles, career stats, head-to-head records, trophies and an XP system that tracks your whole journey. Champions get crowned — and written up — every single month.
And when we meet in person
Chur Live event days bring the online league into one room — boards, brackets and a room full of people you've only ever played through a phone. They're open to newcomers too; plenty of players found the league at one.
The online darts league Australians are already in
Chur Darts started in New Zealand — but online darts doesn't care about the Tasman. Australian players from New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria, Western Australia and South Australia are already throwing in our monthly seasons, from their own boards at home.
How it works from Australia
Exactly like it works from anywhere: a steel-tip board at home, your darts, and the Dartsmind app (online matches use a Dartsmind Pro subscription for autoscoring, plus coins for the video link). Evening matches line up naturally across the time zones — an 8pm throw in Sydney is a comfortable 10pm in NZ, and players sort times that suit in their division group chat.
Aussies aren't making up the numbers
Australians have already taken Chur Darts titles — in July 2026 a Victorian went 28-0 across two comps on the way to a pair of trophies. Every season is a genuine trans-Tasman contest, with divisions matched by average so you land among players at your level.
A full league, not just games
Monthly seasons, live standings, career stats, head-to-heads, trophies and monthly champions — all tracked at churdarts.com, with no league fees. Winners feature in the league's write-ups and social cards, whichever side of the ditch they're on.
